Vintage Lightweight 1970s Squash Blossom Necklace

  • Vintage Lightweight 1970s Squash Blossom Necklace - Historically, the squash blossom necklace serves as a reminder of the close interaction between the Pueblo and Navajo Indians since the mid-1800s.

This vintage 1970s Native-made estate necklace has three side squash blossoms with their stylized fluted petals, and the necklace's handmade Navajo Pearls and elongated tapered barrel beads really set them off visually. The pendant is a large Naja with a single turquoise stone set in rope-braid surrounding. It has a secure clasp. The beads and flowers are very lightweight so you'll feel free as a feather with it around your neck!
